Handful baby spinach
½ an orange – peeled with any pips removed
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen banana slices
¼ cup water, or coconut water
Pulse approximately 5 times before blending until smooth.
This basic recipe can be jazzed up by adding other ingredients such as mango, lime juice, coconut yogurt, chia seeds and even mint!
