Meghan has been practicing yoga since she was a young girl, thanks to her mom who is a yoga instructor! During an interview with Canada’s
Women’s Health magazine, Prince Harry’s fiancee revealed, “The practice is in my blood. There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga – increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep.

Meghan credits working out at her personal trainer, Heather Dorak’s small studio in Los Angeles with changing her body, telling the mag, “You keep coming back for several reasons: first off, your body changes immediately – give it two classes and you will see the difference; second, Heather is amazing as an instructor, as a friend, she is inspiring in every way; lastly, the people in class are cool, unpretentious, and motivating – and that is a testament to Heather’s energy.”
Meghan takes her Pilates Platinum class on a Megaformer – “a souped version of the punishing reformer machine” – which Meghan says leads to “incredible results.”
