Kristen Wiig Welcomes Twins via Surrogate

Surprise! Kristen Wiig is a mom to twins – and reportedly has been for quite some time!
According to numerous media outlets, the Saturday Night Live star and her fiance, Avi Rothman, welcomed twins via a surrogate earlier this year.
Us Weekly reports the news comes a month after Wiig paid homage to her own mom during a special Mother’s Day SNL, where she hinted at motherhood.
“I don’t know if I truly appreciated my mom the first 45 years of my life. But this year I’m feeling especially grateful for her advice, her love,” the Bridesmaids star revealed. “I’m so thankful for all the things she’s taught me, like preparing me to be a mom myself.”
According to the Los Angeles Times, Wiig and Rothman were spotted in their LA neighborhood this week, each wearing one of the twins in a baby carrier.
