According to TMZ, the cosmetic mogul’s new tiny tattoo was spotted in a recent Instagram story and features in the numbers “4:43” tattooed on her forearm.
TMZ reports the numbers are sentimental to Kylie because it was the exact time she gave birth to little Stormi!
