Kourtney Kardashian Shares Favorite ‘Go-To’ Healthy Salad

Kourtney Kardashian is renowned for sticking to a healthy diet – and her newest favorite salad showcases how the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star loves to follow a low-carb lifestyle.

The busy mom shared her newest delicious concoction on her website Poosh – and it looks scrumptious.


Unlike Kourtney’s previous ‘Signature Salad’ which received flack on social media for not containing any lettuce, her newest salad features organic romaine lettuce, grilled chicken breast (seasoned with salt, lemon pepper and the juice of half an orange), organic shredded carrots, avocado and one organic cucumber – or two small seedless Persian cucumbers.

The healthy salad is topped with a zingy dressing made with olive oil, white wine vinegar or rice vinegar, organic mustard, and freshly squeezed organic lemon juice.

According to Poosh, Kourt loves to chomp down on the figure-friendly salad at least once a week.
