Post Launching New Chicken and Bacon Flavored Honey Bunches of Oats

Post are jazzing their Honey Bunches of Oats cereal line up a bit by adding two new unique meaty flavors.
Honey Bunches of Oats will – for a limited time – be available in Chicken & Waffles, and Maple Bacon Donuts flavor. According to AOL, the cereal will also be shaped as mini chickens and waffles for the Chicken & Waffle variety, and mini donuts for the Maple Bacon flavor.

I promise you your phones aren’t broken, but the cereal game just may be. On March 7th for National Cereal Day, Post Chicken & Waffles Honey Bunches of Oats will release exclusively at Walmart. I can say with confidence that this may be the only cereal that I eat with Chick-Fil-A sauce instead of milk. I have to think this is just Honey Bunches of Oats keeping up with the Joneses. Everyone is out there releasing weird Sour Patch Kids cereals, Dippin Dots cereals, Peeps cereals… meanwhile Honey Bunches of Oats literally sells bunches of oats. This is certainly one way to make a splash. In a less frightening move, Post will also release Maple Bacon Donuts Honey Bunches of Oats (swipe left) on the same date. All I can say is: America is truly a fantastic place where fantastic things occur.

However, when we say limited edition, they’re really limited.
The unique breakfast cereals will be available at approximately 2,000 Walmart stores on March 7th – aka National Cereal Day – and when they’re gone, they likely won’t be coming back.
