Legal Woes for Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan is facing legal troubles after publisher Harper Collins filed a lawsuit against the actress.
According to USA Today, Harper Collins is suing Lohan alleging the Mean Girls star took a $365,000 advance for a book she never ended up writing.
USA Today reports the lawsuit, which was filed in New York Supreme Court last week, alleges Lohan’s company, Crossheart Productions, and Harper Collins entered a contract in March 2014 in which Lohan promised to write a book for the publisher.
The lawsuit claims Lohan never followed through on the book contract, despite Harper Collins paying Lohan’s company a $365,000 advance.
