Kendall Jenner has opened up about her very personal struggle with anxiety.
Seen walking the catwalk in top fashion shows around the world, from the outside it looks like confident Kendall has no fear, yet the top model and reality star revealed on her app how she battles anxiety – especially during the last twelve months.
“Anxiety was a huge hurdle for me to deal with this past year,” the 21-year-old confided. “But I think I’m finally learning how to cope.”
Kendall opened up about her anxiety issues with sister Kim on a previous episode of
Keeping Up With The Kardashians in which the siblings tried to discover ways to help with their increasing anxiousness.
In the episode Kendall found that meditation really helped her and she revealed how it has made a difference. “I try to prevent anxiety attacks by bringing my mind somewhere else,” Jenner wrote. She implements breathing exercises to calm herself down, especially when flying. Kendall revealed she once had a bad attack on a plane and felt her “heart beating a million miles a minute and I even felt myself go numb.”
Jenner also explained the Instagram pic of her pink room, telling fans the color – Baker Miller Pink – has been scientifically proven to calm and suppress appetites.
