A ‘Modern Family’ Spinoff Could Be In The Works

Modern Family fans could be in for a treat if talks to create a spinoff come to fruition.
According to YardBarker, former Modern Family star, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, revealed there is a slight possibility for a spinoff series during an interview with E!’s Daily Pop.
“Nothing is official,” Ferguson said. “I have not been asked to do anything yet. You know, it’s being talked about, but I haven’t heard anything official—unless you want to write and produce it.”
According to YardBarker, the rumored spinoff would see Ferguson resurrect his Mitchell Pritchett character and would also star Eric Stonestreet as his TV husband, Cam.
Modern Family ran on ABC for 11 seasons and won a whopping 22 Emmy Awards, three Critics’ Choice Awards, and five Screen Actor Guild Awards among numerous other accolades.
