Five Free Workouts To Do At Home While Social Distancing

With gyms closed across the country and people hunkering down at home as we practice social distancing, the coronavirus pandemic has left many of us putting physical fitness on the back burner.
To help combat depression and anxiety, medical professionals have advised people to keep up with exercise while they are socially isolating at home, pointing out a good workout can help release endorphins and boost our moods.
Fortunately many fitness apps have decided to offer free classes as we practice social distancing – here are five to try right now!
Daily Burn

With their gym locations temporarily closed due to the coronavirus, Planet Fitness is taking their workouts live courtesy of Facebook Live.
