Drake paid a surprise visit to an 11-year-old girl who is awaiting a heart transplant.

Sofia Sanchez appeared in a video dancing to Drake’s In My Feelings as part of the viral theme #KiKiChallenge, where Drake fans dance to the song from his Scorpion album. In the video little Sanchez is seen dancing in her wheelchair in the hospital.
According to Rolling Stone, Drake surprised Sanchez on her 11th birthday by visiting Chicago’s Lurie Children’s Hospital where the brave girl underwent open heart surgery three weeks ago and waits for a heart transplant.

Drake documented the heartfelt visit on Instagram, captioning a shot of himself with Sanchez, “Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball.”
