Whether you’re a busy family, a couple, or a single person, implementing just a few of these tips will help your home stay more organized.
Meal Plan Source: Pinterest
Avoid the last minute take-out order, or drive-through trip by planning out meals for the week. Check Pinterest for plenty of free ‘meal plan’ printables and plan out meals and grocery lists accordingly. Better still link up the meals with what you have going on through the week. For super busy days put your slow-cooker to work for you, or implement leftovers from the day before. If the weekend gives you a free slot of time, try preparing meals in advance that can be thrown in the deep freeze.
If meal planning sounds too difficult you can sign up for several meal planning services online. Both eMeals and The Fresh 20 provide meal plans each week with corresponding grocery lists. Just print off and head to the grocery store!

Find an unused wall and create a one-stop family center with a large calendar, pinboard, mail catcher and dry erase board. At one glance every member of the family will be able to see what is going on for the week, any forms that need filling out, or any mail that needs attending to. Large family?
