When it comes to the color of your front door, personal preference isn’t always the best way to go if you’re looking to sell at a premium.
According to Reader’s Digest, the color we choose to paint our front doors can have a significant effect when we come to sell – reaping some sellers an extra $6,000 plus on their sale price.
Reader’s Digest reports property listed website Zillow looked at 135,000 houses from across the country to see how paint colors affect property prices.
