These Are America’s Most Expensive Property ZIP Codes

With home prices soaring across America, it seems as though every ZIP code is pushing the limits when it comes to getting a foot on the property ladder.
According to Realtor.com, March home prices saw a record nationwide median of $405,000 – but in some of America’s priciest ZIP codes, you will need to add an extra zero to that number just to find a home!
Realtor.com sifted through data to identify the most expensive ZIP codes in the nation for homebuyers in March. Each ZIP code had to have at least 15 active listings on Realtor.com, and they limited the list to one ZIP code per state to allow for geographic diversity.
According to Realtor.com, these are the most expensive ZIP codes for 2022, showing their median list price:
1. Atherton, CA 94027 – $15 million 2. Sagaponack, NY 119 – $8 million 3. Telluride, CO 8143562 – $6.1 million 4. Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 – $5.5 million 5. Palm Beach, FL 33480 – $5.4 million 6. Stone Harbor, NJ 08247 – $5.3 million 7. Greenwich, CT 06831 – $5 million 8. Vineyard Maven, MA 02568 – $4.8 million 9. Kilauea, HI 96754 – $4.3 million 10. Sun Valley, ID 83353 – $4 million
