Experts say due to the high-intensity movements it’s actually possible to burn up to 700 calories per hour. Its movements help focus on the core – busting belly fat and targeting deep-tissue abdominal muscles.Just watched the clip of @MissAmerica and @KellyRipa on LIVE doing Bollywood dance! Loved it! Because Bollywood style dancing uses a lot of different arm movements, this new dance craze is great for toning up flabby upper arms, defining shoulders and getting rid of pesky ‘bat wings.’A post shared by Nak-Shatra Dance & Events (@nakshatraevents) on
Fancy trying out Bollywood dance at home? If you can’t find a dance class near you, check out Doonya.com. They offer a range of DVD’s and digital files you can try at home – even Kelly Ripa is a fan of the company, saying, “Doonya is the fun, energetic dance workout that will bring out your inner Bollywood star.”A post shared by Doonya (@doonyaworld) on
