Over two million pounds of P.F. Chang’s frozen entrees have been recalled over potential allergen risks.
The recall pertains to P.F. Chang’s Chicken Fried Rice and P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Chicken Pad Thai. The items may contain milk, a known allergen that hasn’t been declared on the product labels, according to
CNN. The recall does not affect menu items sold at P.F. Chang’s restaurants.
The recalled products were manufactured between Oct. 1 and April 11, 2019, with “Best By” dates of Sept. 26, 2019, through April 5, 2020.
“There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products,” the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service said.
The FDA is urging customers who have the items in their freezer to throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
