From the Jersey Shore to a prison cell could be a reality for one Jersey Shore cast member.
Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is facing up to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to tax fraud.
According to Page Six, Sorrentino has agreed to plead guilty as part of a deal in a tax fraud case involving “The Situation” and his brother Marc. The brothers are accused of not paying all of the Federal Income Tax on the $8.9 million income Sorrentino earned between 2010 and 2012.
The suit was filed against them in 2014 and according to Page Six, also alleges the pair deposited income into various bank accounts to “avoid reporting to the IRS” and inflated their business expenses by purchasing luxury cars and clothing.
