Containing lots of tryptophan and Omega-3, this will have you basking in the land of nod in no time flat. No time for whipping up a smoothie at night? Try drinking a glass of warm milk with a dash of nutmeg and honey before hitting the sheets.
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 kiwi fruits
¾ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 or 2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground flax seed
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Drink immediately.
*Tip – freeze overripe bananas in ziplock bags and use in place of ice cubes!
