According to House Beautiful, listing real estate company Douglas Elliman Real Estate revealed the property sold on Friday for $4,000,260.
Although the Golden Girls was based in Miami, Florida, the mid-century property – whose famous exterior was flashed during the opening credits – is actually located in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles.
According to House Beautiful, the original home consists of four bedrooms sprawled over 2,901 square feet with an interior that features Hawaiian and Japanese influences. However, the home truly reflects its 1955 decor in the kitchen which boasts turquoise Formica accented with turquoise and avocado green cabinets!
