The Department of Homeland Security are continuing deportation hearings against Joe Giudice, despite requests from his legal team to stop the proceedings.
According to Radar Online, Homeland Security told Giudice’s legal team his lawyer did not provide enough evidence as to why Joe should stay in the country.
Giudice, the husband of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, is currently serving three-years in federal prison on fraud charges. He is due to be released March 2019, but could potentially be deported before that time. Should Giudice complete his full prison sentence in the U.S. he would then be handed over to ICE.
Radar Online are reporting Giudice and his legal team have been granted more time to collect evidence before their next scheduled hearing of September 5th.
