Google employees will continue working remotely from home until summer 2021, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.
The revised work-from-home order is expected to be announced this week and would make Google the first major company to extend its timeline well into 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the extension will affect some 200,000 Google employees, including contractors and full-time workers.
The tech giant had previously said employees should work-from-home until the end of 2020.
