A grief-stricken Christina Aguilera took to social media to share a touching tribute to “my 1st baby” – her Papillon pooch Stinky.

I had to finally make the hard decision to put my beloved Stinky 🦊🐾🖤💔 down last night after an amazing 17 years together! You were my roadie through the tours…breakups…life’s many ups and downs…my 1st baby before I had any babies…The one and only forever 👑☝🏼🙌🏼 RIP, Stinky… Run free and with no more misery 💫🙏🏼🙏🏼

Aguilera and Stinky had been together for 17-years. Sadly Christina had to make the heart-wrenching decision to put Stinky down, but chose to honor her longtime friend by sharing a video montage of Stinky set to Kendrick Lamar’s single “Loyalty.”
“I had to finally make the hard decision to put my beloved Stinky down last night after an amazing 17 years together!” the mom of two shared with fans. “You were my roadie through the tours…breakups…life’s many ups and downs…my 1st baby before I had any babies…The one and only forever. RIP Stinky…Run free with no more misery.”
According to E!News Stinky was a gift from then-boyfriend and tour backup dancer Jorge Santos who dated Christina for a year before they broke-up in 2001.
