Chrissy Teigen and John Legend Announce They Are Expecting

Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend took to social media to share the news that they are expecting their first child. Teigen posted a black and white snapshot to Instagram showing the pair on the couch, Legend with his hand on her tiny baby bump.
She captioned the photo, “As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. The Sports Illustrated model recently shared with viewers on her talk show FABlife the struggles she and her musician husband were having trying to get pregnant. She told viewers in part, “We would have had kids five, six years ago if it had happened. But my gosh, it’s been a process.”
This will be the first child for the couple, but according to Teigen, it won’t be the last. She recently told People magazine, “We love kids. I picture us with three or four.” Congrats Chrissy and John!
