Star Wars fans are about to have their quarantine spirits lifted with Disney+ announcing
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be available for streaming a full two months earlier than expected!
The final film in the Luke Skywalker series will be available for streaming on Disney+ starting May 3 – aka “
Star Wars Day.”
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was directed by JJ Abrams and was released in theaters last December.
Disney+ also announced
The Princess Bride,
Prop Culture, and
Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, among others will be added to the streaming service in May.
