Sabra Recalling “Classic Hummus” Product in 16 States

Sabra is voluntarily recalling cases of its popular “Classic Hummus” in sixteen states citing possible salmonella contamination. According to Insider, the company is recalling 2,100 cases of its 10 ounce “Classic Hummus” with a best before date of April 26 after FDA screening found salmonella in one of the tubs of hummus.
The recalled tubs were produced on February 10 and the hummus was distributed among the following sixteen states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana, Mississippi, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Jersey, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
