Kathy Griffin Gets Restraining Order Against Noisy Neighbor

It seems even homes in exclusive gated communities have neighbor problems.
Comedienne Kathy Griffin was forced to seek a restraining order against her neighbor, after noise complaints led to a tirade of verbal abuse.
Kathy, who lives in the same community as Kim and Kanye West, complained to police about the noise coming from the grandchildren of neighbor Jeffrey Mezger, who were playing in the pool.
According to audio obtained by HuffPost, Kathy’s complaint caused Mezger, who is CEO of KB Home to launch into an expletive filled rant against Kathy and her boyfriend Randy Bick. Mezger’s tyrade against the couple including homophobic slurs and was captured on home security cameras.
After the tapes were made public, KB Home were forced to make a statement concerning their CEO’s behavior, saying, “Mr. Mezger regrets losing his temper over a supposed noise complaint involving his three young grandchildren in the swimming pool around 8 p.m. on Saturday, while they were being supervised by their mother and grandmother. He apologizes for the language he used, as it doesn’t reflect who he is or what he believes.”
Additionally, it has been reported KB Home plan to take punitive action against Mezger by cutting his annual bonus by 25%.
