The list of coronavirus symptoms has gotten longer, with the UK adding nine new things to watch for as an indicator you could have COVID-19.
According to The Guardian, the UK’s NHS has expanded its official list of COVID-19 symptoms to include 9 new symptoms, including loss of appetite, headache, and fatigue.
The UK has had just three symptoms on the list since the coronavirus pandemic began, with the NHS website now revealing, “The symptoms are very similar to symptoms of other illnesses, such as colds and flu.”
The symptom list had been expanded to now include shortness of breath, feeling fatigued or exhausted, an aching body, headache, sore throat, a blocked or runny nose, loss of appetite, diarrhea, and feeling sick or being sick.
According to the BBC, COVID infections are at a record level in the UK with 4.9 million people testing positive for the virus.
