Taylor Swift Takes Over the Title of Queen of Instagram

The “Wildest Dreams” singer posted to a screenshot of her new stats to Instagram, modestly stating, “50 million followers!! Thanks so much guys. I’m pretty sure this is just because I have cute cats though.” In a recent cover story with NWE magazine, she contemplates stepping away from all of the exposure and taking time to “hang out with friends” and “write new music.” Her reasoning behind the desire to take a break? She states, “I think people might need a break from me,” which contradicts her newly appointed duty of “Queen of Instagram.” It appears people don’t need a break from the pop star any time soon.
