Fuller House actress, Lori Loughlin, is facing an October trial date for her role in the college admissions scandal – and if convicted, could face up to fifty years in prison.
According to Reuters, Loughlin and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are among 15 parents heading to court to face charges brought about by federal prosecutors in Boston.
The first group of parents, which includes Loughlin and her husband, will head to court on October 5th, while the second group will go on trial January 11th.
Prosecutors allege Loughlin and Giannulli paid $500,000 in bribes to have their two daughters named as recruits to the University of Southern California crew team, despite neither child participating in the sport.
