With a second Golden Globe win under her belt, Lady Gaga also won ‘Best Dressed’ for her stunning red carpet look.
The singer and actress wowed in a gorgeous Valentino Haute Couture gown, complete with billowing sleeves and a dramatic train.
Gaga complimented the pale ice-blue hue of the gown by dying her hair a similar color and wearing it up to showcase the gown’s neckline, which, in true Golden Globe fashion, was enhanced with a sparkling necklace of Tiffany diamonds known as the Aurora.
I am so beyond grateful for this Golden Globe & honored to have won it w/ @MarkRonson@Wyattish , Anthony Rossomando and to have sang it with Bradley Cooper. I also could not be happier for Glenn Close winning tonight. She is a true legend and deserves every award. Thank you HFPA pic.twitter.com/Dpw2QNmFD3
Lady Gaga won ‘Best Original Song’ for co-writing “Shallow” from A Star is Born alongside Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando and Andrew Wyatt. She was also nominated for ‘Best Performance by an Actress in a Movie Drama’ but lost to Glenn Close.
There was no wild Golden Globe afterparty for Lady Gaga though, who chose to head home to indulge in a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. Gaga’s fiancé, Christian Carino, posted a picture of the singer eating her cereal in bed while clutching her Golden Globe. He captioned the adorable pic, “what a rager.”
