Former Housewife of O.C. Set to Testify Against Co-Stars

Two former Real Housewives of Orange County stars have found out the drama doesn’t end once you leave the show!
The lawsuit brought about my Jim Bellino – ex-husband of Alexis Bellino – against Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador is about to heat up with former housewife Gretchen Rossi likely to testify against the pair.
In court records obtained by Page Six Bellino has requested the court allow him to depose Rossi and her boyfriend, Slade Smiley, claiming they “have indicated that they have testimony to provide that [Beador and Judge] have a pattern and practice of fabricating stories about various individuals,” and alleges the duo “harbor ill-will, anger, or hostility toward him.”
Bellino filed the lawsuit after Beador and Judge appeared on Heather McDonald’s podcast and according to a report by Page Six “peddled lies about his divorce, his personal reputation and business.” Bellino is requesting copies of emails and texts McDonald, Beador and Judge exchanged ahead of the podcast in their plans to discuss him.
In his latest filing Bellino is also accusing Judge of accusing him of being a “faux Christian” and a cocaine dealer.
Both Beador and Judge have filed for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
According to Radar Online Slade Smiley revealed he and Rossi do not want to be involved, saying, “We were contacted by the lawyer and told him the last thing that we want is to be caught up in another lawsuit with anyone. I didn’t reach out to them at all. That is why we are being subpoenaed.”
