Flip or Flop star Christina El Moussa has seen the breakdown of her marriage to husband Tarek play out in public and the 33-year-old mom has revealed her secret to battling the stress that comes along with divorce.
In an interview with
People the OC native reveals exercise is her go-to stress reliever.
“Exercise is my stress reliever,” the super-toned design star revealed to
People. “There is nothing like a good three-mile run for me to really clear my head and get my endorphins going.”
Along with running, Christina has been practicing yoga and meditation. “Our sessions are very spiritual,” Christina said of her yoga instructor. “And have really helped me cope with my divorce and other emotions I’m going through at this time.”
Christina is also a big fan of Orangetheory Fitness and their high energy workouts led by coaches. She told
People “I’m totally hooked…it goes by super quickly and is always challenging. It helped to get me in the best shape of my 30’s!”
The southern California mom revealed diet plays a big part in keeping her super toned and trim, telling
People, “I eat five small meals a day that usually consists of overnight oats for breakfast, a green juice for a snack, salad with a protein for lunch, granola bar as a snack and then a healthy dinner of chicken or salmon and veggies, tacos or vegan chili.”
