FBI Investigates Topless Picture of ‘Real Housewives’ OC

Vicki Gunvalson never imagined a topless photo of her would end up under FBI investigation, but according to TMZ that’s exactly what the Real Housewives of Orange County star is facing.
The offending pic was snapped during the Bravo cast-mates trip to Ireland. Vicki wanted Heather Dubrow’s plastic surgeon husband, Terry, to evaluate whether her upstairs regions were even. As Heather Face-timed her Botched husband, Vicki lifted up her shirt, only to have fellow cast-mate, Tamra Judge, snap a sneaky picture. Source: Bravo
TMZ reveals Tamra then sent the offending picture to fellow cast-mates and producers “with some snarky comments.”
Somehow the picture ended up in the possession of a 15-year-old girl who tweeted it out and triggered an FBI complaint from a woman named Rosalie Coleman, who noticed the photo.
The FBI complaint, obtained and reported by TMZ shows Rosalie stating, “Tamara Judge…sent a nude photograph of an acquaintance of hers (taken at a small gathering) to a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD girl and asked her to distribute it online in an effort to humiliate and harass one Vicki Gunvalson.”
Law enforcement told TMZ the FBI is evaluating, but have not opened an investigation yet.
