Emotional Kim Kardashian Relives Paris Robbery Nightmare on KUWTK

An emotional Kim Kardashian-West took to Twitter to share her feelings as the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired.
The candid episode featured Kim talking to her family about the horror which unfolded as robbers entered her exclusive Paris hotel suite, held her at gunpoint and made off with millions of dollars worth of jewelry – including her 20-carat diamond engagement ring.
Kim revealed on Twitter, “I thought it was important to share this story through my eyes & not in an interview where my own words could be twisted.” And so on this latest episode we see Kim speaking candidly about the nightmare event – how she believed she would be raped and killed and mentally prepared herself for what might happen. The mother of two revealed she knew enough French to plead for her life with the attackers, telling them she had small children, but all the time believing they would shoot her in the head.
As KUWTK aired, Kardashian shared her thoughts on the episode, writing, “I have always shared so much & I’m not going to hold back when this was probably one of the most life changing experiences for me.”
Kim also revealed that during the attack she prayed for her sister Kourtney, hoping that if she were to find her dead body she would be able to lead a normal life.
Kim, who took time off from social media following the robbery, thanked her family, friends and loved ones for “being there when I needed you the most.” She also thanked the French police for their “incredible hard work.”
Kim also shared a private photo on Instagram – a picture taken of her, Kourtney, Kendall and their mom, Kris, in Paris. It was the last picture taken of the four of them before the robbery.
After the emotional episode aired, Kim was reflective on Twitter, writing, “I took a tragic horrific experience and did not let it diminish me, rather grew and evolved and allowed the experience to teach me.”
She added, “I can say I’ve become so much better because of it….thank you for allowing me to share my story tonight #KUWTK.”
