Ariana Grande has slammed the behavior of some social media stars who have seemingly ignored social distancing and stay-at-home guidelines during the coronavirus pandemic.
The 27-year-old pop diva had a stern rebuke for influencers, who she says ignored stay-at-home protocol in order to snap the perfect Instagram shot.
“Of all the things that we could have done, couldn’t we have just stayed at home for a few more weeks like all the other countries that were fine and are better than we are,” Grande said during an interview with The Zach Sang show where she blasted social media influencers for abandoning social distancing protocols, People reports.
“Did we really all need to go to f—– Saddle Ranch that badly that we couldn’t have waited for the deadly pandemic to pass?” Grande said, referring to the LA celebrity and TikTok hotspot bar. “We all really needed to put on our cowgirl boots and ride a mechanical bull that bad? We all needed that Instagram post that badly?”
