It’s hard to believe Google Maps turns 15-years-old this month. Since it first launched in February, 2005, Google Maps has changed the way we not only drive, but how we decide where to eat.
According to The Daily Meal, Google Maps is celebrating its birthday by revealing which restaurant chain people most searched for in 2019 – and the winner may surprise you!

The Daily Meal reports Domino’s Pizza dominated Google Maps searches last year, with McDonald’s coming in second place.
Starbucks, Pizza Hut and Chick-fil-A rounded out the top five most searched for restaurant chains in 2019, according to data published by Google Maps.
