Are there certain habits that set millionaires apart from the rest of us? In the book, Rich Habits: The Daily Success Habits of Wealthy Individuals, author Tom Corley studied 233 wealthy individuals over the course of five years. Through their surveys and the surveys of 128 individuals who earned less than $35,000 per year, Corley honed in on certain habits self-made millionaires possessed that helped them achieve success. Here are five of those habits you may want to start incorporating into your life!
Reading – 88 percent of the wealthy individuals Corley surveyed spent at least thirty minutes per day reading books related to their business, self help books, or biographies. Most of the individuals surveyed stuck to non-fiction books in order to further their knowledge, or self improvement. Only 3 percent read fiction.

✨✨✨✨Monday Motivation✨✨✨ • • • Let’s get into #alignment with the #assignment And so many things are a #wasteoftime that we don’t even realize. If we are giving too much energy in an area of our lives that is not producing fruits then ummm yes it’s #wastingtime If we are focused on something that’s bringing more #drama than #joy then it’s a waste of time. If what we are involved in has limitations to how far it can grow….then it is time…..to #makechanges We have so much work to do and with #focus #displine and #dedication we really can make some serious change in our lives. Do you not know how powerful you naturally are? It is the #distractions that causes lack of #motivation and #stagnation It’s all good tho. Because once you decide to tap into your #focus you’ll get your power back. Yesss my beautiful people you got this✊🏽 ✨ ✨ ✨ MEDITATE ON THIS BELOW: ✨If you find yourself distracted by something that’s holding you back, refocus your energy to something that makes you feel proud of yourself. It can be an accomplishment of the past or the very thought of the possibilities of a future goal. Think about how does it make you feel to achieve goals as if it has already happened. 🤔😀 Then think about how it makes you feel to limit your potential. 🤔😞 Don’t allow irrelevant people or irreverent things to rob you of your divine unlimited progression. We were not meant to #suffer endlessly nor be #stuck If you aren’t #growing and glowing along the way then take a look at some things that you have to bless away. Be inspired. Avoiding Things That Waste Time – “When we invest our time in anything, it is lost forever,” Corley writes in the book and that is one habit rich people hone in on. They see time as an investment and in order to get the best return on their investment they do not waste time on fruitless endeavors. This can span to anything from television watching, mindlessly scrolling through social media apps and doing things that don’t bring joy.

So we’ve learned that there’s a link between a lack of sleep and the quality of your health. If your body doesn’t sleep on a consistent basis it isn’t able to repair and heal itself during the night. For Fibro folks, this brings all sorts of additional problems like daytime fatigue/constant napping, brain fog, lack of memory, digestion issues, headaches or migraines, and heightened pain. These symptoms cause MORE sleep issues….and then the sleep issues cause MORE of the symptoms. Help! I just wannnnnaaaa sleep!😩// Assuming that you've already tried to address the EXTERNAL THINGS (like your sleep environment and bedtime rituals) another area you may want to check has to do with what’s going on INTERNALLY…..like your vitamin levels. In other words, what is your body deficient in that is preventing it from sleeping through the night? It may be searching for something in your system that it can't find, but very much needs, in order to stay asleep. SOME VITAMIN DEFICIENCIES THAT CAN AFFECT SLEEP ARE: any and all of the B vitamins, magnesium, vitamin D (along with vitamin K) and neurotransmitters like melatonin, serotonin, GABA, etc.// It's important to test and pinpoint exactly where your inability to sleep is stemming from, address the true need and then help yourself to sleep better and your body to heal. FIND THE SOURCE. Otherwise, you may be working hard at trying to fix something that isn't really the problem. Here's hoping you find the path to sweet, sweet, dreamland!😴😴 . . . . #sleep #sleepytime #bedtime #sleephelp #sleepdisorder #sleepissues #cantsleep #cantfallasleep #sleeping #sleepy #sleeplessnights #sleepless #sleeplessness #troublesleeping #tired #cannotsleep #iwanttosleep #sleeplessnight #serotonin #sleepnow #sleeptips #sleepbetter #bestsleep #goodsleep #goodnightssleep #gotosleep #bvitamins #vitamind #serotonin #melatonin

Exercise – 76 percent of the wealthy individuals Corley surveyed dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to aerobic exercise, whether that be swimming, jogging, or walking. Not only is exercise great for brain function, it will also aid in getting a good night’s sleep.

Avoid Impulse Purchases – “I learned in my five-year study of the rich and the poor that becoming wealthy is not always about how much you make, but how much you keep,” Corley told CNBC Make It. Live in a modest house, avoid overspending on entertainment and avoid impulse purchases that are emotionally driven. Saving money is important. 95 percent of the wealthy individuals surveyed save 20 % or more of their net income and implemented this habit long before they became rich.
