People reports the family reunion will be televised on Bravo during a Real Housewives of New Jersey special airing.
Joe was released from prison last year after serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa served a little over 11 months for the same charges. Upon release, Joe – who held a green card but never took out U.S. citizenship – was immediately placed in ICE custody. In October he was released from ICE custody and flew to Italy.
According to People, Joe is currently living in his grandmother’s home in Sala Consilina as he awaits the final appeal on his deportation ruling.
