Looking royally infatuated with one another, lovebirds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released their official engagement pictures. Shot by famed fashion photographer Alexi Lubomirski at Frogmore House in Windsor, the photos give royal fans an intimate glimpse at the lovestruck couple who are due to walk down the aisle next May. Kensington Palace released the much anticipated photos to social media, announcing, “Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle have chosen to release official photographs to mark their engagement” revealing, “The photographs were taken by [Alexi Lubomirski] earlier this week at Frogmore House, Windsor.” In the first picture the couple are seated on the steps, Prince Harry in a navy suit and Meghan in a gorgeous black ruffled gown with sheer top, her arm draped across Harry’s leg. The second, less traditional, royal engagement picture was shot in black and white and shows off Meghan’s engagement ring as she places her hand on Harry’s face as the couple share an intimate embrace. The couple also chose to share a more candid shot with on social media, with Kensington Palace writing, “As a way to say thank you, they have decided to share this candid photograph from the day of their portrait sittings directly with all of you.”
