Real Housewives of New York star, Luann de Lesseps is facing more legal woes as her ex-husband and two grown children sue over money.
Just over ten days ago Luann was celebrating her sobriety on Instagram by posting a picture of her together with her ex, Count Alexandre de Lesseps, and calling the event the “Greatest reunion ever!” However, according to Page Six, the Count and the couple’s two grown children, Noel and Victoria, filed a lawsuit against the reality star on Thursday.
In court documents obtained by Radar Online, the suit alleges Luann failed to set up a trust fund for her children as was agreed upon when Luann and the Count divorced in 2009. Their divorce stipulated Luann would set up a trust using half of the proceeds from the sale of the couple’s home in Bridgehampton, Long Island. Instead, according to legal docs, Luann sold the home for $8 million in 2014, bought a $3.1 million home in Sag Harbor and failed to set up the trust for her children.
According to Huffington Post, the lawsuit also alleges Luann threatened to sell the new house and buy a new piece of property in upstate New York. The Daily Mail is reporting the home has been listed on the market for sale for just over a month at a price of $6.25 million.
The suit is requesting the court order Luann to set up a trust and give the children a half interest in the Sag Harbor property.

It’s been a rough year for the Countess. She was briefly married for seven months to Tom D’Agostino before being arrested in South Florida on multiple charges including public intoxication and resisting arrest. Luann spent time in rehab, with the whole story line playing out on the Bravo hit reality show.
