Hurricane Harvey has left many pets separated from their owners and fortunately country singer Miranda Lambert has stepped in to help the homeless and frightened animals.
Hurricane Harvey has left many pets separated from their owners and fortunately country singer Miranda Lambert has stepped in to help the homeless and frightened animals.
Through her MuttNation Foundation Miranda has helped rescue more than 70 homeless dogs during the group’s first rescue mission day in Houston.
Miranda revealed on her Twitter account over 70 rescued pooches have been sent to an Oklahoma shelter, telling fans, “Rigs now rolling into Houston for another load.”Thx to some amazing transportation volunteers, we sent over 70 pups to a shelter in OK today. Miranda’s foundation MuttNation shared photo updates on their Instagram page, even telling fans they were able to rescue some newborn puppies born just the day before.
