Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Finalize Divorce

Five months after actor Liam Hemsworth filed for divorce from his wife of eight months, Miley Cyrus, the former couple are officially divorced.
According to TMZ, a judge has signed off on the divorce settlement, which gives Cyrus custody of their pets.

WonderWall reports the divorce proceedings were a relatively easy affair since the couple have no children together and had a pre-nuptial agreement. Documents cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
Cyrus and Hemsworth dated on and off for years before tying the knot in a private Nashville ceremony in December 2018. Since announcing their split over the summer Cyrus has moved on with Cody Simpson after a brief fling with The Hills star Kaitlynn Carter. Hemsworth has been linked to fellow Aussie model Gabriella Brooks.
