McDonald’s-themed Crocs went on sale Tuesday, along with custom socks and Jibbitz charms, inspired by classic McDonald’s characters.
The McDonald’s and Crocs collaboration features four limited-edition shoes: Classic Crocs based on the Hamburglar and Birdie, as well as the fast food chain’s iconic red and yellow colors, and a Crocs Cozzzy Sandal based on Grimace.
The bright yellow Birdie Croc comes with custom Jibbitz charms including her iconic scarf and favorite McDonald’s menu item, the Egg McMuffin. The black and white striped Hamburglar Croc comes with charms including his tie and hat along with a McDonalds hamburger. The purple, fur-lined Grimace sandal features Grimace charms including a milkshake.
All the themed Crocs, including the classic red and yellow clog, can be paired with matching McDonald’s themed socks.
The shoes run between $70 and $75 per pair, while the socks and a five-pack of McDonald’s Jibbitz each sell for $20.
The McDonalds x Crocs collab not only fuels a shared brand love, but McDonalds first-ever global shoe collab also celebrates a beloved cause in Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), McDonald’s said in a statement. In honor of the Crocs partnership, McDonald’s is stepping up for RMHC and will make a donation to help support families with children who are sick and give access to the medical care and resources they need.
Crocs has previously collaborated on custom shoe designs with Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, 7-Eleven, and even Hidden Valley Ranch.
