Jenna Jameson Reveals Weight Gain After Quitting Keto Diet

Jenna Jameson, who became a vocal fan on social media about all things keto, revealed on Instagram she has piled on 20 pounds since quitting the popular diet.
After embarking on keto, Jenna Jameson lost a staggering 80 pounds and used her experiences to offer tips and tricks to others looking to start on the diet.
However, Jameson recently revealed she is taking a break from the diet – and in doing so has gained back some of the weight she lost.
“Confession. I’ve gained 20 pounds. Ugh,” Jenna captioned a picture of herself. “I decided to take a break from keto and live my best carby life. The weight came back fast and furious.”
“I know a lot of people are quitting keto because it’s hard to maintain and after a year and a half I concur,” the star told fans. “Not sure if I’m going to go back full force or just calorie count. What are your thoughts? Love you guys!”
After reflecting for a few days, Jenna was back on social media with an update about her diet plans going forward revealing she is ready to get back on the keto-lifestyle.
“Eternal summer back her in Hawaii!” Jenna captioned a sylph-like shot of herself wearing a white swimsuit. “So excited to go back to the mainland for a week soon! Update on keto…I’m back on track and I’m taking you on my journey!”
