The news comes just one week after Lovato revealed she had suffered a relapse after celebrating six years of sobriety earlier this year. Lovato, who turns 26 next month, opened up about her relapse in her latest song Sober, singing “I’m sorry that I’m here again. I promise I’ll get help.”
A spokesperson for Lovato issued a statement saying, “Demi is awake and with her family, who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support. Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy and not speculation as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now.”
