The dance teacher-turned reality star was sentenced for a year and a day last May on charges of bankruptcy fraud. According to TMZ, Miller is now on her way to a Residential Reentry Center halfway house, which is a “safe, structured and supervised environment where she’ll be given employment counseling, job placement and financial management assistance.”
Miller will spend the remainder of her sentence there until a likely early release sometime in May. In addition to her prison sentence, Miller was fined $40,000 and ordered to pay a $120,000 judgement.
