Apple Unveils New Purple iPhone Color

Apple’s iPhone 12 is getting a new color to add to its current collection of black, blue, red, green, and white.
Apple’s own Tim Cook announced – that “just in time for spring” – the company will be adding light purple to the iPhone 12 collection.
Cook announced the news during the company’s Spring Loaded event, revealing the light purple color will be available in the iPhone12 and iPhone 12 Mini. “This gorgeous new color joins the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini family, which is available in five other stunning finishes, and features an advanced dual-camera system, Super Retina XDR display, improved durability, A14 Bionic – the fastest chip ever in a smartphone – great battery life, and the best 5G experience on any smartphone,” Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing, said in the press release.
The new purple color will be available for preorder this Friday and fully available on April 30.
