If, like many of us, you get bored with your interior decor and like to change things up, Rent the Runway now has you covered.
The subscription-based business, known for allowing consumers to rent designer fashions and accessories, has partnered with West Elm to allow subscribers to rent home goods. According to Bloomberg, subscribers who pay a monthly fee can rent 26 curated home textile bundles, including throws, pillows, shams, quilts, and coverlets. If you fall in love with a certain item you have the option to purchase it at a discounted rate.
“Fashion, as it is currently, lives on social media every single day,” Jennifer Hyman, chief executive officer and co-founder of Rent the Runway, told Bloomberg. “Similarly, the home used to be a private space. But now it’s a very public space, given that it is a reflection of who we are.”
