Since giving birth to baby True just five months ago, Khloe is looking toned and taut and according to her trainer it’s all thanks to her amazing work ethic.
Kardashian’s trainer, Joel Bouraima, told People the secret to his client’s trim figure is down to her work ethic and diet.
“She’s lost 40 lbs,” Bouraima told People. “Now that she’s reached this point, she wants to lose more, to be fitter than she was before pregnancy. She’s about 10 lbs. from her ultimate goal.”

“She’s very motivated,” Bouraima told the mag of Khloe’s work ethic and focus. “She’s proud of herself and she uses workouts to help herself feel better. If she feels bad, she does a workout, and boom! She feels better.”
Instead of working out primarily to lose weight, Bouraima told People Khloe hit the gym to feel better, revealing, “It was more about how she felt, rather than how she looked. She started feeling better and better day after day, and then she was ready to get more intense. She was always able to upgrade the workouts and that’s why she reached the goal she wanted so quickly.”
