Jenna Dewan Tatum is dishing out secrets on how to obtain a hot body just like hers. The actress finds the time to eat healthy and stay in shape while being a mother to 3-year-old daughter Everly and a wife to Hollywood hunk Channing Tatum. She revealed her regimen for attaining her toned physique in an interview for the July/August issue of Women’s Health Magazine.

The 35-year-old dished out her normal meal plan for the day – focusing on consuming foods that can keep her fueled with energy. For breakfast she blends a green smoothie and explained to Women’s Health Mag her go-to for lunch. “I’m part Lebanese—my dad’s family—so I grew up with tabouli. It’s my favorite. I like to make things that will keep for a couple of days, and I can just grab and go.” Her dinner routine includes brown rice bowls packed with veggies.

As far as her workout routine goes, she told the mag, she likes to get in a workout whenever she can. “I love 45-minute power workouts. I get in, do my thing, and then I’m able to go pick up Everly from school. It gives me energy,” she explained to Women’s Health Magazine.

She also revealed to the mag she does workouts she loves, such as dance. “I grew up dancing and was in a competitive world in which I was taking classes, so I was working out, but I was passionate about what I was doing.”
